What are the automatic renewal cancellation timing?
You may cancel your subscription plan renewal at any time prior to the renewal date. Upon cancelation of a subscription plan renewal, the subscription auto-renewal will be cancelled, and your subscription plan will continue until the end of the term for which you paid for.

Do I have a Right of Withdrawal?
If you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction with the right of withdrawal, you have the right to withdraw from your Subscription Plan within fourteen (14) days from the date of subscription without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must contact us at [email protected] and clearly state your decision to withdraw. You may use the standard withdrawal form set out in applicable law, but it is not required. If you have requested that we begin providing the Service during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the services provided up to the time you informed us of your decision to withdraw. Once the service has been fully performed or substantially consumed, your right of withdrawal may no longer be available. If eligible, refunds will be made to the original payment method within a reasonable period, typically no longer than fourteen (14) business days.
