Can I Use the Generated Music Commercially

Find out how you can use the music you generate with Aiode Beta, including commercial projects, and what it means to truly own your creations.

Written by Yahli Telem

Short answer: Yes, you can… depending on your plan!

The rights you have for using generated music depend on whether you are subscribed to our Free Plan or a Paid Plan.

What You Can Do on Each Plan

Free Plan

You can generate and use music for:

  • Personal projects

  • Learning, experimenting, and creating for fun

Commercial use is not allowed on the Free Plan. This includes releasing music for profit, using it in monetized videos, sync licensing, ads, games, client projects, and anything that earns revenue.

Paid Plans

If you upgrade, you unlock full commercial rights. This means you can:

  • Monetize your tracks

  • Release them on streaming platforms

  • Use them in client work

  • Add them to soundtracks, ads, or games

  • Sell or license the content

Once you are on a paid plan, the music you generate is yours to use commercially within the law.

Why the Difference?

Our Copyright Policy and Terms of Service outline how usage rights apply to different plan levels. Paid plans include the legal rights you need for commercial work, while the Free Plan is intended only for non commercial use.

Optional: Give Credit

You do not need to credit Aiode's musicians or layer models, but you are welcome to. It helps support the real musicians who contributed to Aiode’s system.

Anything to Watch Out For?

If you have questions about a specific use case, check our Copyright Policy and Terms of Service.

Create, publish, and release with confidence when you are on a paid plan. Your music, your way. 🎧✨
